在比赛中深入挖掘自己的商业策划潜质，并且对中国市场有更深刻的认识；

在团队协作中探索激发自身能力；

有机会获得免费参观KWS德国总部的机会！

比赛要求：

设想你和你的团队是KWS在中国市场的负责人，在充满多元国际机遇的中国市场，结合KWS企业自身文化，以KWS中国市场目标人群的视角，去设计、开展一系列活动或交流任务，来定位KWS在中国市场的角色和位置。

比赛分为初赛和复赛，初赛为撰写英文策划书，复赛为现场答辩。

参赛人群：

      UIBE在校所有专业背景的学生，不限年级，4人为一队伍。

比赛时间：

 4.16-4.30报名（30号24点截止报名）。

 5.8前提交初赛策划书。

 5.28复赛答辩和颁奖典礼。

 8.17-8.21 获胜队伍参观KWS德国总部,并跟随公司高管进行观摩实习。

奖项设置：

    冠军队伍：免费参观KWS德国总部

    第二名、第三名：由KWS提供精美奖品

Challenge

Put yourself and your team in the shoes of the Chinese marketing/employer branding director for KWS and imagine activities or communication tasks to position KWS as the employer of choice within the Chinese employment market with multiple international opportunities.

Make sure that the special KWS culture and heritage is part of the consideration.However,implement the view of the Chinese target groups as well.
